Avocado & Goat Cheese Sandwich
Avocados are packed with around 20 vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds. Combine all that goodness with the creamy texture and unique flavor of goat cheese, and you get an amazing sandwich!

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 300 g Sütdiyarı Goat Cheese
- 6 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 lemon
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt, black pepper
- Olive oil
Directions
Mash the avocados with a fork, then season with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Thinly slice the tomatoes.
Spread the avocado mash onto the bread, then layer with tomatoes and Sütdiyarı Goat Cheese.
For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil if desired.
