Ingredients

  • Sütdiyarı Fresh Cheese
  • ¼ purple cabbage
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • Aragula
  • ½ carrot
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 170 g chicken breast

Directions

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and cook it in a bit of oil with salt and black pepper.

Finely shred the purple cabbage. Cut the yellow pepper, red pepper, and carrot into thin, matchstick-sized strips.

Spread Sütdiyarı Fresh Cheese onto each tortilla.

Arrange the sliced vegetables in rows by color for a rainbow effect.

Add the cooked chicken strips and arugula leaves.

Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve.
