Aromatic Salep, Banana, and Pecan Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 90g chia seeds
  • 470ml Sütdiyarı Salep (a type of salep milk)
  • Half a banana
  • A handful of pecans
  • Cinnamon

Method

  1. Gently mix Sütdiyarı Salep and chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Occasionally stir the salep-chia seed mixture and refrigerate it for approximately 3-4 hours to cool and take on a jelly-like form.
  3. Once ready, garnish with banana, pecans, and cinnamon, then serve cold.
