Cheese meatballs

  • 300 g Sütdiyari Piknik Ciftlik Peyniri 60%
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • Half a bunch fresh parsley and fresh dill (chopped)
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt


Combine and knead the minced meat, egg, parsley, dill, breadcrumbs, onions (chopped and dried), black pepper and salt in a deep bowl.

Pinch little balls from the mix and roll them in your hands. Put some cheese mixture in the centre, and roll them until it is enclosed.

Cook either in the oven or in a pan, serve hot.
