- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 long green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 g Sütdiyari Piknik Ciftlik Peyniri 55%
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp black pepper
- A pinch of salt
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the sliced peppers and sauté. Add the tomatoes (cut into cubes, with the skin removed) and stir again.
Pour the beaten egg on top. Add some black pepper and salt. Add the cubed cheese and cook over medium heat.
Let simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
