Serves 4 – Preparation time: 20 min
- 500 g pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4-5 small tomatoes
- 200 g Sütdiyari Yumusak Tam Yagli
- Half a bunch of rocket
- 5-6 lettuce leaves
For the sauce:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- The juice of half a lemon
Boil and drain the pasta according to the cooking instructions on the packet. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the pasta for 1-2 minutes.
Place the pasta in a serving dish and leave to cool slightly. Place the sliced tomatoes, cubed cheese, chopped rocket and lettuce leaves on top.
To make the sauce, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and salt in a separate bowl. Pour it all over the pasta, blend it, and it is ready to serve.
